Alex Picos is Vice President, Enterprise Data Services, at PayPal and leads their data technology organization. Previously, he was Head of Technology, Processes and Business Intelligence for Santander Holdings USA, overseeing regulatory reporting and critical business intelligence competences. He has held executive positions at Citibank, leading their Global Business Transformation Office and overseeing all other technology investments; Fannie Mae where he managed their three trillion dollar core processing portfolio; and Unisys where he set up wireless banking distribution, regional payment processing centers, and fraud prevention technologies. Matthew was previously Associate Director in the Local Currency and Capital Markets Development initiative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
